Charles Rennie Mackintosh Eco-Metal Pin Badge (4cm by 3cm)

£8.00

Standing at the corner of Argyle Street, St Vincent Street and Elliot Street in the Anderston area of Glasgow, this is the only public statue Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the city’s most famous architect. Created by the Scottish sculptor Andy Scott, it was unveiled in December 2018, on the 90th anniversary of Mackintosh’s death. This photograph was taken late one evening with the light from the setting sun reflecting off the usually green statue, turning it to gold.

This recycled metal pin badge features a high quality print of this image, which is then covered in a protective acrylic dome. On the back is a single pin with a butterfly clasp to keep it securely in place. The badge is 4cm by 3cm in size and comes mounted on a Glasgow Icons card backing in its own clear cellophane envelope.

This badge is also available as part of a set of five Glasgow icon eco-metal pin badges.

This photograph is also available as as a mounted print, as an A6 greetings card, and as a fridge magnet.
