The Argyle Street Ash Tree is an iconic part of life in the West End of Glasgow. Growing in the front garden of a blonde sandstone tenement, it’s believed to be around 170 years old, making it older than Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow University, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and many other of the most recognisable features in the city’s West End. Standing alone, for many years, it was known as the only tree on Argyle Street and its ability to survive for such a long time in such an unlikely location helped it win the title of UK Tree of the Year in 2025.

The print itself is 7.25 inches by 9 inches (18.5 cm by 23cm), and it comes mounted in a white 1.5 inch (3.5 cm) mount with a total size of 10 inches by 12 inches (25.5 cm by 30.5cm).
